My name is Julio Juliá and welcome to my blog. I started this blog for my English 3104 class. Born September 28, 1992 in Columbia, South Carolina and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. My Parents, Julio F. Juliá(dad) Stella Molina(mom) are both of Puertorrican descent. Graduated High School from Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola. Studied Biomedical Engineering at Boston University. Currently a Biology mayor at Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto de Carolina and soon transferring to UPR Recinto de Rio Piedras. For graduate studies, I wish to attend Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto de Ciencias Médicas; my goal is to become a doctor. I work as a bartender at Downtown in Hato Rey Puerto Rico. I currently have a wonderful girlfriend whose name is Nikole Muller. I don't own any pets because my mother dislikes the odor. I have ran the New York City marathons twice now, but am currently in the worst shape of my life. I will soon be going to the Dominican Republic to climb Pico Duarte, for those who don't know, Pico Duarte is the highest peak in the Caribbean. My hobbies include, but are not limited to: longboarding, going to the beach, sailing, windsurfing and basketball. My favorite books include 100 Years of Solitude, Freakonomics and The Snowball (Warren Buffet's Autobiography). My Favorite movies are Paycheck, Made of Honor, Top Gun, and all the Star Wars series. My Favorite food is anything Italian, I like how they put cheese on everything. My favorite music in a constant metamorphosis which directly correlates with my state of mind; genres may include, but are not limited to: 80's Rock, Electronic, Pop, Reggae, Latin, and Latin Rock; mostly Pop and Latin. My favorite sport is baseball. Two things I dislike are rainy days and online classes.
